Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you and your pet to love our products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
General Return Conditions:
· The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
· The item is free from pet hair, stains, odors, or any signs of use.
· Toys and accessories must be unopened and unused.
Returns for Faulty or Defective Products
We take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
· A clear description of the issue
· Photos or videos showing the defect
· Your order number
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
· A full refund, if the product is significantly defective.
· A replacement, subject to stock availability.
· A partial refund or discount, if you choose to keep the item.
Important Notes:
· Minor variations in color, texture, or slight differences due to manufacturing processes do not qualify as defects.
· Normal wear and tear, damage caused by pets, or improper use is not covered under defects.
Conditions That May Affect Your Return Request:
· If an item has been tried on or used, resulting in pet hair, stains, or odors, we may decline the return.
· For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: opened or used toys, pet food, and personalized/customized products.
· Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
